Watan Play offers a pre-order service, To pre-order, the full amount (100%) must be paid. Pre-orders are non-refundable after 3 days of payment.
For special orders or pre-purchased items, the full amount (100%) must be paid, Special orders are non-refundable.
The customer will receive their items within 60-120 days of payment. The exact delivery time will vary depending on the order.
Pre-orders are available for items that are not yet in stock.
To pre-order a item, customers must contact Watan Play customer service or order from an online store.
Once a pre-order is placed, customers will be notified of the estimated delivery date.
If a pre-ordered item is not available within 60-120 days of payment, Watan Play will refund the full amount.
