Return and Exchange Terms
To be eligible for return or exchange services, the original receipt is required.
All items are eligible for return or exchange, except for items that have been assembled, used, or damaged. Items must be accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping or handling charges. Refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
The following conditions apply to returns and exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
- Items must be in the same condition as when purchased.
- Items must be accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.
Exceptions:
- Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that have been purchased using a gift card, credit card, or other form of payment other than cash cannot be returned for cash.
- Refunds for purchases made through the Watan Play website , Koala will be processed within 21 business days of receipt of the returned item.
- If a customer requests a return after receiving the item and before it has been installed, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
