Warranty Policy – Koala Parks

Rest assured… your products are protected by a clear and simple warranty

Koala Parks guarantees that its premium wooden playsets from Gorilla, PlayNation, or PlayOut are free from material and manufacturing defects when the wooden structure only is used under proper conditions against breakage, for a period of 10 years.

Important Notes

• Cracks and surface peeling are natural characteristics of wood and do not affect the product’s safety or performance.
• The following are not considered manufacturing defects as long as they do not affect functionality:
- Minor cracks in plastic parts.
- Rust appearing on coated materials.

Exclusions from Warranty

– Paint or damage caused by poor maintenance such as: painting or staining the wooden frame, contact with standing water, or constant exposure to garden sprinklers.
– Defects resulting from improper installation by unqualified labor hired by the customer.
– Damage caused by natural factors, negligence, vandalism, misuse, accidents, wood-boring insects, or any modification/relocation by non-specialists.
– Shipping, labor, or maintenance costs are not covered under the warranty.
– Individual play items, flooring, and non-wooden parts are not covered. Warranty applies to the wooden structure only.
– Warranty is void if the playsets are used for purposes other than intended, or if used in public, commercial, or educational spaces.

Customer Obligations

• Perform periodic inspections of the playset and ensure all beams and bolts are securely fastened.
• Contact Koala Parks when repair or warranty inquiries are needed.
