Shipping and Installation Terms

Shipping and installation charges are subject to the terms and conditions of Watan Play.

Shipping :

  • Items will be shipped within 15 days of purchase.
  • Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping and delivery is only available to the ground floor. Any deliveries to upper floors, elevated areas, or areas that require special equipment or labor will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price.
  • Accepting the shipment from the carrier is considered an acknowledgement by the customer that the shipment (box) is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.

Installation:

  • If installation services are requested, the site must be ready for installation. Installation services only include the installation of games and flooring.
  • Watan Play will contact the customer within 72 hours of the scheduled installation to confirm.
  • The customer may reschedule the installation appointment by at least 48 hours in advance. The new appointment will be scheduled within 15 days.
  • The customer must sign for the receipt and installation of the games after inspection.
  • If the customer or someone authorized to act on their behalf is not present for the receipt and installation of the games, the appointment will be rescheduled and Watan Play may charge a fee.
Watan Play is not liable for any damages, including delays, non-delivery, or installation, if the delivery or installation is not completed in full or on time for any reason.
If Watan Play is unable to complete the delivery or installation, Watan Play will refund the shipping and installation charges only.
